Allison Baxter

Allie supports her clients by gathering, organizing, and analyzing payer and contract data for payer contract reviews. Allie uses her analytical background and natural attention to detail to help her team deliver high-quality deliverables and effective counsel to clients. In her previous role at ECG, Allie used her data acumen and analytical expertise to build an internal tracker for billable hours. In doing so, she enabled project managers to better understand their available resources, which led to increased consultant utilization across the division. Additionally, she used her reporting skills to create monthly revenue and sales reports to support account management activities for key hospital system clients.
